The Origin
It all started in 2019 with Reumatize — an Instagram account that wanted to make rheumatology education more accessible. No sponsorship, no conflicts of interest.
What was content became a newsletter. The newsletter became a podcast. The podcast became the most listened rheumatology podcast in Brazil.
The Journey
In 2024, LLMs changed everything. Rheumassist was born as the first AI assistant for rheumatology. The technology we built for one specialty proved replicable.
Dermatize proved the method worked. Medical Code was born as the technology arm. Allyis Health consolidated the vision: an AI native health group.
The Expansion
Today, Medical Code is the infrastructure. We built the Medical Code Agent — open source, agnostic, for evidence-based medical education. From CLI to WhatsApp and Telegram. And this is just the beginning.
